We recently deployed a bug fix that corrected the issue of unanchorable freight containers jettisoned into space persisting through downtime. As a result, numerous players who were unaware this was unintended behavior and were uninformed of the fix, lost their freight containers and all the items inside. Players who were affected by this issue should file a support ticket as soon as possible, with a subject line including the words “Freight Container” and a message including a rough description of the contents of the container along with the full name of a station where players wish the items to be returned to. Our customer support team will recover these items as soon as possible.
