EVE Online: Rubicon will be released tomorrow Tuesday, November 19th. Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC, and will be completed by 12:00 UTC.
Rubicon brings the rebalancing of a number of ship classes, along with a whole host of new features including four new mobile structures, new ghost sites, Sisters of EVE faction ships, player owned high-security customs offices, warp acceleration changes, the Interbus Ship Identification System, a new character selection screen and improvements to the fleet interface.

Please remember to set a long skill in training for the duration of the deployment, and please also be sure to update your overview settings in game to include the new deployable structures, in order to avoid any confusion during combat.
