Mining still remains one of the pillars of New Eden’s economy. Accompanied by his mining drones, an industrious capsuleer can reap great benefits scooping the molten ore of asteroids. Shattered remains of planetesimals that never grew to become proper planets, they have orbited New Eden’s suns and planets in darkness for eons until stumbled upon by enterprising capsuleers. From their minerals, great machines will be built for purposes of exploration or, in most cases, destruction and terror.
